Welcome to the Supply Room!
My journey in Education began very early, I started as a nursery practitioner with a Level 3 CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education and worked in a number of Day Care Nurseries. I then went on to University where I studied BA Hons in Education Studies. Finally, I successfully completed my PGCE and became a primary school teacher, I achieved ‘outstanding’ in my NQT Year and was also mentioned in an Ofsted report during a School Inspection.
I taught for 3 years across KS1 and KS2; I became Year leader and subject lead in Art which was fun and challenging. I then decided to branch out and do some supply work to get a feel of different schools and to progress in my career. I thought I’d try something different but still within the Education Sector, so I gave Education Recruitment a go.
Through my experiences, I’ve gained a solid insight and now completely understand what schools want in their staff and what Teachers and TA’s expect in a school. I strive for both parties to be happy because happy staff means a happy school and happy schools result in happy children.
It is a real honour to be able to place the best candidates in such great schools and the fantastic team at The Supply room will always ensure the highest standards of service.
Have no fear, Nabila is here
