The Supply Room has certainly impressed me so far. All staff who I've been in contact with have been very pleasant. In particular Alison, my main contact is so lovely. Most importantly, she has been very accommodating to my specific needs. Her approach is very professional. She is approachable, friendly and understanding. As supply teaching is all new to me Alison has made the whole experience so easy and stress-free checking in and making sure i'm OK at the end of the day. As someone who has been interested in working in schools, the supply room have been incredibly helpful. They carefully consider what you specifically want to get into at the school and carry out the procedures based on that. Unlike some other agencies I've encountered in the past, TSR's consultants were exceptionally attentive and always prioritized assignments that were within a reasonable commuting distance for me. Their ability to understand the type of work I was looking for was truly impressive, and their responsiveness to any questions or concerns was outstanding. Great agency! I returned to teaching after a long break. The Supply Room really helped me to find work and regain my confidence. It was really easy to get set up with them and the whole team are really friendly and easy to deal with and payment was always prompt and correct! I cannot recommend the agency enough!!!
I have to strongly not recommend this agency!In addition to my long registration process, I'm extremely unsatisfied with their support. As a TA, I only got three job offers in this quite long time, while I see there are lots of demands for this role through the other platforms every day!The schools they offer me almost always are so far away even though they know my address!Several times they cancelled the confirmed job offer after I rearranged my plans. Also, I asked them if they could consider me for more offers, but I hadn't gotten one from them for a long time and if I did, it was canceled at the last minute! Now I'm regretting choosing them. In the first registration process, they wasted lots of time, even causing me to miss my DBS. Also not useful for offering jobs!
Very professional company. I joined them last year, 2022 and have already been given work opportunities. Although I did not have previous professional experience, they still helped me find work to the point that different nurseries wanted to hire me full-time. I definitely recommend the Supply Room if you want to work with children. The staff are always available and know your name which is a lovely touch!

Okay, I’ve been meaning to do this for a while now.I need us all to take in how amazing TSR is!I have the pleasure of having Abdi as my consultant and when I tell you he has been amazing from the first day I spoke to him.He has been consistent, persistent, encouraging and many more. He has never left me without work. I definitely recommend this agency after coming from another agency The Supply Room definitely has been a great change of environment. I have been signed on to Lara and she has been amazing really listens well to any problems or even anxiety that I have concerning the schools I go to.
